PRODUCT INFORMATION
This plan is the exact training programme that Matt Morsia has followed over the last year to get in comfortably his best ever shape. The plan is a 6 day split, 9 week bodybuilding & powerlifting programme, which utilises the exercise pool used by Matt Morsia in his gym.
Featuring a push, pull, legs split, the plan is designed to progressively overload each exercise in order to build muscle and get stronger as quickly as possible while in a calorie surplus, or retain muscle & lose fat in a deficit.
